Cotswold Camelids offer a range of walks as advertised to include appropriate refreshments. Upon request we can accommodate vegetarian or special dietary needs. Please confirm requirements when booking.
For Advanced bookings a 50% deposit is payable on reservation, balance to be paid prior to departure.
Cancellation
- Two weeks notice, a full deposit is returned less a £5.00 handling fee.
- Less than two weeks notice, no refund of deposit, unless the space can be filled from the waiting list, then full deposit returned less £5.00 handling fee.
- Cotswold Camelids reserve the right to cancel any trek at our discretion to ensure the safety and well being of our guests or the safety of the animals.
- Notification will be given as soon as possible to reschedule the walk or to refund your deposit in full.
- We do not accept responsibility for any costs or expenses you may incur due to postponement of any walk.
- Bookings are transferable if you are unable to attend, with prior notice.
Walks
- You should wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear.
- By booking a walk we assume you are fit to complete the distance advertised.
- The walk may be over uneven or hilly ground – please discuss this with us if you have any concerns.
- To protect the environment, trekkers are requested to refrain from picking wild flowers or foliage.
- No pets are permitted on walks.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- We reserve the right to use all photographs and video in our promotional material.
- We reserve the right to change the advertised walk for the safety and comfort of our customers.
You must obey all instructions given during the walk. We reserve the right to refuse to allow anyone to continue on a walk if they put themselves or others or the llamas at risk.
